Registration and Management Process in the Federation’s Electronic System
Registration and creation of a personal cabinet are completed securely and in stages in accordance with modern requirements.
1) Enter registration information
Enter your full name and then provide your personal email address.
2) Password requirements
Create a password of at least 8 characters containing both letters and numbers, and enter it again for confirmation.
3) Email verification and activation link
After registration, the Federation sends an activation link to the email address provided.
4) Verify the account within 24 hours
The activation link is valid for 24 hours and must be used within that period. Otherwise, registration must be completed again.
5) Personal Cabinet → My Account
After verifying your email, sign in and complete all required information accurately in My Account.
6) Photo requirement and administrator approval
Upload a clear 3×4 portrait photo with a white background. The photo and profile information are submitted for administrator approval.
7) Licence application
After approval notification, submit a licence application through the personal cabinet.
8) Electronic certificate
Once the licence is approved, an electronic certificate with a QR verification code becomes available.
9) Add a club and register athletes
After licence approval, submit club information for approval. Once the club is approved, athletes can be registered.
10) Accuracy and public visibility
You are responsible for accurate information. Approved professional details may appear on the Federation’s public website.
The system is based on transparency, security and official oversight. Activating the verification link within 24 hours is a mandatory step.
