The Azerbaijan Karate Federation’s electronic management system has been integrated with the mygov ID platform
The Azerbaijan Karate Federation has successfully implemented another important project aimed at advancing digital management.
The Federation’s e-doc.azkf.az Electronic Document Management System and azkf.az electronic database have been fully integrated with the state mygov ID platform.
As a result of the new integration, users can securely authenticate through mygov ID and access the system.
Through this integration, official document management within the Federation will be carried out entirely in a digital environment. The receipt of applications, preparation of documents, their processing, coordination, approval and archiving will all be managed through a unified electronic system.
In addition, the registration and licensing of coaches and instructors, athletes and karate clubs, management of membership information, as well as other administrative processes within the Federation, will be carried out through the azkf.az electronic database.
The new digital solution is aimed at increasing the efficiency, transparency and operational speed of management, while ensuring that all administrative processes of the Azerbaijan Karate Federation are managed through a unified electronic platform.
