Collected information
In order to optimize the official website of the Azerbaijan Karate Federation, provide efficient communication with users, deliver useful information and collect statistics, our web services may automatically collect limited technical data such as IP address, cookies and device information. This data is not intended for personal identification.

Unless personal identification is intentionally provided (e.g. through registration), the use of cookies does not allow identification of the user. Cookies store only the information voluntarily provided by users and cannot access other data on personal devices.
Providing personal data

Deleting a Karate Azerbaijan account and data
You may request deletion of an account created in the Karate Azerbaijan app or the azkf.az personal cabinet, together with the personal data associated with that account.
How to submit a request
- Send an email from your registered email address to office@azkf.az.
- Use the subject “Karate Azerbaijan — account deletion” and include your username, registered email address or phone number. Do not send your FIN or a copy of an identity document by ordinary email.
- After the Federation verifies the account holder through a secure method, the request is accepted for processing and the result is sent by email.
Data deleted and data retained
For a verified request, the login account, profile links, contact details, profile photo and personal account preferences are deleted or anonymized within 30 calendar days. Mandatory records needed to preserve the legal integrity of licences, certificates, grades, examinations, competition results and Federation decisions may be detached from the account and retained with restricted access for up to 5 years. Security and access logs are retained for up to 90 days. Where the law requires a longer period, only the minimum data covered by that legal obligation is retained for the required period. Retained data is not used for advertising or marketing.
Data request without deleting the account
You may also use the same address to request deletion or correction of a profile photo, contact information or other editable profile data without deleting the account.
