Kyokushin (Kay) SENSHI Karate Style Kyokushin (Kay) SENSHI Karate is one of the modern full-contact karate disciplines widely promoted through international tournaments, requiring high physical fitness, endurance, strong willpower and strict discipline. While preserving the traditional Kyokushin heritage, this style develops it in line with modern sporting standards within the framework of the Kyokushin World Union (KWU) and is internationally recognized through the professional SENSHI fight series. At present, the Kyokushin (Kay) SENSHI system is practiced in more than 90 countries and unites a number of international organizations, including the Kyokushin World Union Association. World and continental championships, international tournaments, as well as professional SENSHI fight events are organized in this discipline, and a unified methodological system is applied for the training of athletes and coaches. In the Republic of Azerbaijan, Kyokushin (Kay) SENSHI Karate is developing successfully. Currently, about 70 qualified coaches work in this field, playing an important role in the physical and moral education of young people and in achieving high sporting results. The official representative of Kyokushin (Kay) SENSHI Karate in Azerbaijan is Honored Coach, 5th Dan black belt master Gabil Sayadov, who has made significant contributions to the organization of this discipline in the country, its development in accordance with international standards, and the formation of national coaching and athlete potential.
