Information about the style
Fullcontact Karate (World Fullcontact Karate Organization – Shinkyokushinkai) Shinkyokushinkai is a full-contact karate system that requires great physical strength, endurance, and strong willpower, and is based on the classical Kyokushin traditions. Represented by official federations and organizations in 105 countries worldwide, this system is distinguished by its strict rules, realistic fighting techniques, and high training standards. Shinkyokushinkai karate develops not only the physical toughness of athletes, but also their mental resilience, discipline, and self-control. At the international level, world and continental championships and tournaments for various age categories are held, and a unified methodological system for referee and coach education is applied. In the Republic of Azerbaijan, this style of karate is also developing successfully. Currently, about 60 professional coaches and instructors train thousands of athletes in the Shinkyokushinkai system, working consistently to involve the younger generation in a healthy lifestyle and to achieve high sporting results. The official representative of Shinkyokushinkai in Azerbaijan is Honored Coach, 6th Dan black belt master Allahverdi Rustamov. For many years, he has made significant contributions to the organization and development of this full-contact karate style in the country in accordance with international standards, as well as to the training of national coaches and athletes.
